Booking
Request appointments at least 3 hours ahead, seven days a week, 9 AM–7 PM. Burce confirms each request within one hour; otherwise the time is released. Event styling requires consultation.

Cancellation and reschedule
Confirmed appointments can be canceled or changed online until 24 hours before the visit. Changes need Burce’s approval; the original remains confirmed until accepted. Pending requests can be canceled at any time. For late cancellations, missed appointments, or late arrivals, contact the studio to arrange another time.
Payment
No deposit is required. Payment is requested by emailed Stripe link after the visit. Tips are optional. If you are unhappy with the result, contact Burce to arrange a correction appointment.
Address and privacy
The studio address is public for local discovery. Client notes, formulas, and uploaded consultation photos are private and visible only to the owner dashboard.
Business-card visits
A 30-day first-party cookie connects visits from the business-card QR code with booking requests. Visit records contain only an ID, source, and date.
