Cancellation and reschedule
Clients may self-cancel or self-reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. Inside 24 hours, please contact the studio through the website.
Payment
Payment is requested after the appointment is completed. Tips are optional and may be added during payment.
Address and privacy
The studio address is public for local discovery. Client notes, formulas, and uploaded consultation photos are private and visible only to the owner dashboard.
